MH17 might have been shot down from air- Chief Dutch investigator
The chief Dutch prosecuter investigating the MH17 downing in eastern Ukraine does not exclude the possibility that the aircraft might have been shot down from air, Der Spiegel reported. Intelligence to support this was presented by Moscow in July. The chief investigator with the Dutch National Prosecutors’Office Fred Westerbeke said in an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel published on Monday that his team is open to the theory that another plane shot down the Malaysian airliner.
MH17 Crash Site Unguarded- No further on site investigation despite ceasefire.

The crash site of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine is, despite the ceasefire between Kiev and the rebelling regions of Donetsk and Lughansk unguarded. The Dutch Safety Board, in charge of the investigation, however, states that it is too dangerous to deploy investigators who could gather the wreckage to shed further light on what exactly caused the crash of the Boeing 777-200 after it was struck by high-energy projectiles. Anyone can reach the crash site: The several square kilometer wide crash site of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 near the village of Grabovo in Ukraine’s Donetsk region is unguarded, giving anyone the possibility to access the site, the wreckage, of the plane that crashed on July 17, 2014, reported the Russian TASS news agency on Sunday, October 5.
The news agency reports that the debris field contains children’s toys, clothes and documents of the 298 passengers and crew who were on board of flight MH17 from Amsterdam in the Netherlands, to Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia.
That the crash site is neither guarded nor fenced off also implies, that anyone can access the wreckage of the Boeing 777-200
Malaysian Airlines MH17 reeks of Northwoods

Speculations ran wild from day one and both the USA, Ukraine and Russia provided what was described as “evidence”. The problem is, non of the “evidence” was made available to independent media for independent analysis.
German pilot speaks out: Shocking analyses of the shooting down of Malaysian mh17
Support mh17-truth: OSCE monitors identify shrapnel like holes indicating shelling, no evidence of missile attack.
Malaysian mainstream media: Mh17 was downed by a military aircraft canon fire from an fighter-jet.
Evidence is now conclusive: two Ukrainian government fighter-jets shot down Malaysian airlines mh17, it was not a buck surface to air missile.

We’ll go considerably farther than has yet been revealed by the professional intelligence community, to provide the actual evidence that conclusively shows that (and how) the Ukrainian Government shot down the Malaysian airliner, MH-17, on July 17th.

Desperate “Intelligence” Spin. Ukraine Secret Service Contends that ‘Pro-Russian Rebels had targeted a Russian passenger plane’. ‘But shot down MH17 by mistake’.
Global Research, 31-08-14
According to the official SBU report entitled Terrorists and Militants planned cynical terrorist attack at Aeroflot civil aircraft , the Donetsk militia (with the support of Moscow) was aiming at a Russian Aeroflot passenger plane and shot down the Malaysian MH17 airliner by mistake. That’s the official Ukraine government story which has not been reported by the MSM.
Following the release of the SBU report, the Western mainstream media went silent.
The SBU report bordered on ridicule to say to the least, with fabricated evidence.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that more than 400 bodies have been discovered in mass graves near the city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine, in what he described as “horrific” evidence that pointed to a war crime.
400 bodies found in mass-grave near Donetsk
“This is obviously a war crime. Already more than 400 bodies have been discovered in [mass] graves outside Donetsk and we hope that western capitals will not hush up these facts [because] they’re horrific,” Lavrov said, adding there was an apparent blackout of the incident in Western mass media.
Last week, several mass graves filled with bodies of massacred civilians and independence supporters, killed execution-style, were unearthed 35 kilometers northeast of Donetsk.
“I expect [to hear] a clear, unbiased and responsible response from international organizations. OSCE is already working at the scene. We will make the truth known and, of course, make sure that the justice is done,” Sergei Lavrov said at a press conference.
The independence supporters of south eastern Ukraine believe that the civilians were murdered by the National Guard fighters who had stayed in the village of Nyzhnia Krynka, near the city of Donetsk, where the graves had been discovered, since April. Ukrainian authorities later denied this accusation, saying that not a single National Guard fighter had been in the area, adding however that some other Ukrainian units were deployed there at the time.
Lavrov commented on Kiev’s recent claim to conduct an open and impartial probe of the alleged massacre as soon as it regained control of the area, saying it was pure hypocrisy because “these crimes were obviously perpetrated there at the time when Ukrainian security forces were in control of this region.”
Dutch Intellectuals Apologize to Putin for Lies on MH17, Syria, Ukraine…
Macedonia online 27-08-14
A letter sent by a prominent Dutch Professor to Russian president Vladimir Putin has attracted much media attention in Europe. The letter was written by Professor Cees Hamelink and signed by dozens of Dutch intellectuals and professors. Below is the letter in its entirety.
Dear Mr. President Putin,
Please accept our apologies on behalf of a great many people here in the Netherlands for our Government and our Media. The facts concerning MH17 are twisted to defame you and your country.
We are powerless onlookers, as we witness how the Western Nations, led by the United States, accuse Russia of crimes they commit themselves more than anybody else. We reject the double standards that are used for Russia and the West. In our societies, sufficient evidence is required for a conviction. The way you and your Nation are convicted for 'crimes' without evidence, is ruthless and despicable.
